The hotel offered excellent service and had comfortable rooms with nice extras like chocolates and towels. the location was great, in the heart of the city center.
Some aspects of the hotel overlapped somewhat with kitsch and outdated decor. some of the facilities were cramped and there were some annoyances such as the keychain and WiFi connectivity.

Fabulous hotel staff very helpful nothing too much trouble. We would recommend it to all our friends and business associates. Food excellent .access to town shopping on the doorstep. Tried the equivalent ride to the London Eye but much higher ( the most amazing )

The hotel staff were knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. The central location was ideal and surprisingly quiet. The Jacuzzi and super size bed were amazing. Breakfast was great and the main shopping street was right in the middle.
All was good.

We loved the central location of the hotel right in the heart of the city. The staff were professional, attentive, and welcoming. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with hand-made chocolates waiting for us on arrival. We also enjoyed the gourmet restaurant which offered superb food and service.
All was perfect.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian, friendly area, making it very convenient to explore the nearby shops and restaurants. the rooms were very well, appointed, featuring king size beds and amazing jacuzzi baths. there were chocolate treats waiting for us upon arrival.

The venue provided us with luxurious amenities, including an indoor Jacuzzi bath, plush towels, and handmade chocolates upon arrival. the room was elegantly furnished and equipped with top, of, the, line facilities that met our needs. the restaurant offered a superb dining experience, with great food and impeccable service. the location was convenient, allowing us easy access to shops in the nearby area.
We encountered a minor issue finding the hotel due to its location in a mostly pedestrian street. the friendly and welcoming staff made up for it with warm hospitality and helpfulness.
